Henry C. Leventis
Non-Exeutive Director

Henry is currently a member of the Leventis/David Group, a family group with interests in bottling and other diversified investments, and serves on the board of the Nigerian Bottling Company.

He has a background as an equity analyst, and holds an MBA from London Business School. Henry also has a MChem degree from the University of Oxford, and a PhD from Imperial College London.

Harry G. David
Non-Executive Director

Harry David earned his BS from Providence College and began his career as a certified investment advisor with Credit Suisse in New York.

He then served in several executive positions within Leventis Group Companies in Nigeria, Greece and Ireland.

Today he is the Chairman of Frigoglass S.A.I.C. and is on the Boards of A.G. Leventis (Nigeria), the Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd, Frigoglass Industries (Nigeria) Ltd, TITAN Cement International S.A, and Pikwik (Nigeria) Ltd (a joint venture with Pick n Pay, South Africa). A member of the Board of Directors of the Anastasios G. Leventis Foundation Cyprus, Chairman of the A.G. Leventis Foundation’s Olympic Preparation Scholarship Committee and Board member of the Cyprus Seeds for Technological Innovation.

Harry has served on the Boards of Alpha Finance, Greece’s Public Power Corporation (ΔΕΗ), and Emporiki Bank (Credit Agricole).

He has been honored with the rank of Taxiarches of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria and with the Chieftaincy of Sulikin Keffi in Nigeria.

A collector of Contemporary African and African Diaspora art, he is a Member of the TATE Modern’s African Acquisitions Committee as well as a Member of the Global Council of the Studio Museum in Harlem.

Andreas Theophanous
Non-Executive Director

Andreas Theophanous is the Chief Executive Officer of MFO Asset Management Ltd, an AIFM and UCITS Management Company. He is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.

Andreas was trained and worked for 12 years with KPMG in Nicosia, where he was Audit Principal and Assistant Head of Quality & Risk Management. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus, and of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association, where he also served as Chairman of the Ethics and Risk Management Committee.

Andreas studied Accounting at the University of Hull in the UK, and then pursued a Master’s degree in International Consultancy & Accounting at the University of Reading in the UK. He is also holder of CySEC Advanced Certification.

Kyproulla Karantoni
Non-Executive Director

Kyproulla Karantoni is a Director at Fiducitrust Services Ltd, a licensed corporate service provider in Cyprus and has also been appointed as a Member of the Council of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

Kyproulla has over 14 years professional experience and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. Previously she had joined KPMG in Nicosia, where she qualified as a chartered accountant. Following her studies, she worked with Andersen in London (People Strategy Consulting Department). Kyproulla studied Management and Systems Science at City University (CASS) of London.

Rob Ioannou
Executive Director

Chartered MCSI, TEP, EFP, ACFWA, ACFBA

Rob Ioannou is the General Manager and Chief Investment Officer of Aristeus Financial Services Ltd, a regulated Cyprus Investment Firm and Single-Family Office. Appointed in February 2023, he leads the firm’s strategic direction, investment management, and governance functions.

Over more than 25 years, Rob has built a broad career spanning global wealth management, investment strategy, and multi-jurisdictional family office advisory. His experience includes guiding international families across asset classes, structuring and governance, financial planning, fiduciary practices, and insurance solutions.

His previous leadership roles include Head of International Private Banking at DBS Bank, Co-Head of HSBC Private Bank South-East Asia, and senior positions at JP Morgan Chase. He also founded Aegis Global, an independent family wealth advisory practice.

Rob holds a Joint M.A. (Hons) degree from the University of Edinburgh. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI, U.K.) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in Cyprus. He is also a certified EFPA European Financial Planner® and EFPA ESG Advisor®, and holds Advanced Certificates in Family Wealth Advising (ACFWA) and Family Business Advising (ACFBA) from the Family Firm Institute (FFI) in Boston. In addition, Rob is licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under certification number CN8142.

Based in Nicosia, Cyprus, Rob considers himself a global citizen, with roots in the U.K., Greece, Australia, and South-East Asia. He remains actively involved in local community initiatives and cross-cultural development efforts.

Panagiota Chioti
Executive Director

Panagiota holds an M.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the University of Piraeus, where her final dissertation focused on the recession predictability of U.S. economic and market indicators. She also holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business and she is the holder of the CySEC Advanced Certification.

In June 2022, Panagiota joined Aristeus Financial Services Ltd, a regulated Cyprus Investment Firm, as a Portfolio Manager. In November 2024, she was elevated to Head of Portfolio Management and Executive Director. Previously, she held the position of the Senior Consultant, advising on the risk and portfolio management, as well as research-related matters at Alpheus Advisors SA, a European family office. She started her career as a Junior Economic Analyst with Eurobank, contributing to several periodical newsletters.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Panagiota has developed an in-depth understanding of multi-asset classes under varying economic and market conditions.
